Space Ninja Group Jakanja are a ruthless band of ninjas from outer space who are the main antagonists in Ninpu Sentai Hurricaneger. Based in their fortress Centipede, the Jakanja killed off most of the ninja from Hayate's Way Academy so they can search for "it", the "Evil Force", that would form in the depths of the ocean before destroying the universe. After Tau Zant's death, the Jakanja disbanded, with only Wendinu and Furabijo trying unsuccessfully to join other armies. Also, two heirs of some the former members found employment within the Zangyack Empire.
Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger the Movie : The Flying Ghost Ship
Several Genin Magerappa were part of an army of past enemy grunts that were fought by the Gokaigers in Los Dark's ghost dimension which housed the 1500 spirits of the villains defeated by the Super Sentai. After losing some of their number in an initial skirmish, the remaining members from each grunt group merged to form the Combined Combatant. Though the stronger opponent, the Combined Combatant proved to be unstable due to internal conflicting among the grunts composing him over who got to finish the pirates off. Taking advantage, the Gokaigers used the Battle Fever J Ranger Keys to destroy the Combined Combatant with the Penta Force cannon.
Jakanja Members:
- Boss Tau Zant : Leader of Jakanja survived and assumed the guise of all Seven Darkness Spears, until they were defeated by the two Ranger teams. Tau Zant proceeded to overpower the Rangers without mercy, but their refusal to give up enabled them to kill Tau Zant with the Victory Gadget, destroying the Evil Force forever.

- Darkness Seven Spears are jonin, high ranking ninja, that Tau Zanto gathered from all corners of the universe to aid him. Over the course of the series, each of the members died with only Furabijo & Wendinu the sole survivors of the series, in spite of their apparent deaths.
