The Generalissimo of Badan : The leader of the Badan Empire who takes the form of a giant skull, he originally appeared after the first ten Kamen Riders' foiling of his Space Break System before He is yet another incarnation of the Great Leader.

The Generalissimo of Badan first emerged as a giant skull which appeared after Ambassador Darkness's death. It disappeared sneering at the ten Kamen Riders. Dr. Kaidō said that it was the energy of an evil spirit.

The Generalissimo of Badan appeared in this film, taking the form of a giant tyrannosaurus fossil that has a head that opens up to reveal a three-eyed skull. He is met by the Ressha Sentai ToQgerIcon-crosswiki in ToQ-Oh, backed up by Kyoryu Red in the Gabutyra Ressha and Kamen Rider Den-O in the Den-Liner, combining into ToQ-Oh Kyoryuzin Feat. Den-Liner to take the Generalissimo on. He is defeated by the finisher ToQ-oh Kyoryuzin Feat. Den-Liner.

Kamen Rider Spirits

In the manga, Kamen Rider Spirits, the leader is identified as Great Leader JUDO, JUDO has a Kamen Rider form called Susanoo, a golden version of ZX with the ability to transform into nine Shōwa Kamen Riders. He has his own language, which he can telepathically compel others to understand.



Space Break System

• Space Break System
  • Space Break System is a doomsday energy weapon built by the Badan Empire. Using a special isotope called Badancium 84, it can warp the fabric of space and anything in proximity of the warp is converted into energy and vaporized.
  • While trying to destroy the Kamen Riders, the Space Break System accidentally vaporised several Badan monsters (Kamisori Hitode of Destron, Centipede Beastman of Geddon, Gameleojin of Neo-Shocker, Chameleking from Dogma Kingdom and Jigoku-Roid).
  • The weapon was destroyed by the 10 Kamen Riders using the Rider Synchro to break the space warp and ZX using his ZX Kick to defeat Ambassador Darkness and destroy the control system implanted in his arm.
