Firestorm is the name used by the transmuted people that were mutated by the Particle Accelerator in a specific manner. The first duo conjoined meta-human that is the result of the fusion Ronnie Raymond and Martin Stein. Firestorm used by several identities in the Series. - Ronnie Raymond was a former structural engineer for the S.T.A.R. Labs particle accelerator prior to its catastrophic accident. He was also the fiance of Caitlin Snow, and was one half of the transmuted and conjoint meta-human Firestorm.

- Deathstorm was the name used by the transmuted meta-humans Ronnie Raymond and Martin Stein, mutated by Harrison Wells' particle accelerator.

- Jefferson Jackson is a mechanic. After the death of Ronnie Raymond, he took his place as one half of the transmuted and conjoined meta-human called Firestorm alongside Martin Stein.

- Valentina Vostok also known as Soviet Firestorm, was a scientist from the Soviet Union and an enemy of Rip Hunter's team. They began creating their very own version of Firestorm, having had 10 years to research his abilities before Rip Hunter reappeared. The project to create Firestorm was dubbed "Operation Svarog", in honor of an ancient Slavic god of fire.

- Was a project regarding transmutation. The project was led by Professor Martin Stein. It majorly focused on perfecting transmutation – essentially reworking atoms on a sub-atomic level, by unzipping the atoms and rebuilding them into new elements.
