Humans are a bipedal humanoid life form. A human's skin hues can range from dark brown to pale pink. Human hair can be blond, red, black, brown, white or gray. Humans are a race that evolved on the planet Earth. Although generally considered a backward and unintelligent species, certain humans began to play a prominent role in galactic affairs. Humans also have religions, such as Judaism or Christianity. These religions center around the worship of God, following a religious creed and culture, as well as going to the afterlife after death, to live a bliss for an eternity.

Earth also has other religions such as the Cult of Rao, which centers around the worship of Rao, a Kryptonian Polytheistic Sun God, and Supergirl as well as the Order of the Shrouded Compass, which centers round the worship of an eldritch being Mallus and the concept of immortality. Humans have existed since the beginning of time. Many have gained superpowers; these include, but are not limited to, through magic, having their DNA genetically enhanced by the Mirakuru serum, or by being exposed the dark matter caused by the S.T.A.R. Labs particle accelerator explosion; becoming known as meta-humans.

Humans are the dominant species that inhabit the planet Earth. They were created over 200 millennia before modern times by the King of the Olympian Gods, Zeus.
Creation
Many millennia ago, Zeus, King of the Olympian Gods, created humanity, making them in the gods' likeness, and imbuing them with their virtues. As Zeus' son Ares started corrupting humanity with war, Zeus created a new race - the Amazons, who were intended to protect humanity from Ares' influence, while spreading love and compassion.
First Invasion of Earth
Roughly 30 millennia before the Black Zero Event, humans joined with the Amazons and Atlanteans in fighting off an invasion of Earth by Steppenwolf and his massive Parademon army. Before being forced to depart, Steppenwolf left behind three Mother Boxes, and each of the three factions of the army that helped save Earth would be given one of them.
