It's main focal room is a combined meeting hall and steering room, with a huge steering wheel used by Steerwoman Shelinda to pilot the Demon-Beast, as well as a huge empty space with the banners of the Balban adoring it; as each of the generals are killed, a black ribbon surrounds the associated banner in memory. The castle possesses other rooms where each of the generals and members reside when they're not being used by Zahab, as well as rooms and doors for watching over the maintenance of the Demon-Beast. Likewise, the castle has the ability of flight to be able to escape from a Demon-Beast, as well as buoyancy to float on the ocean when waiting for a new steed to be formed.

While the Barban ultimately succeed, the rot of Daitanix accumulated over the years prevented it from functioning the way it was supposed to; Zahab ultimately abandons his original steed and moves the castle to the water as Gingaman destroy Daitanix, sinking its rotted flesh into Earth to form into a new Earth Demon Beast that the pirates tried to make their own. Once the new Demon-Beast is grown large enough, the castle once again takes it's place as it's new headquarters, but is soon destroyed by Hyuuga with BullTaurus in the midst of Gingaman's final battle as a means to force the pirate into a final showdown before the heroes of Earth incinerate their new steed out of existence. The meeting room's usage changes with each general who leads the Barban:
- Under Gun Boss Sambash, it is merely an empty room with a door he tends to shoot in order to summon his Majin.
- Under Sword General Budoh, it becomes adorn with a Japanese style, with folding walls and mats where the general makes his plans and writes poetry associated with each of his schemes.
- Under Spectral Empress Iliess, it undertakes a more Middle-Eastern style with her crystal ball in center where she does her spells and divinations.
- And under Destruction King Battobas, the hall is a meeting place for troops of Seamen Yartots and the Majin they're under as he and Dark Merchant Biznella reveal their plans.

3000 years later, an earthquake broke the seal on the Balban and once more set them loose on Earth. Fortunately, Daitanix's seal remained intact, forcing the Balban to focus their actions on finding ways to revive him. However, their attempts were constantly thwarted by the latest generation of Gingaman along with their old enemy Black Knight Bullblack and later Bullblack's successor Hyuuga. The Balban finally succeeded in reviving Daitanix when Spectral Empress Iliess' lifeforce was infused into Daitanix to get its heart beating, and then fully awakened it when Destruction King Battobas used the corrupted warrior Degius as a conduit to channel a massive amount of energy from a passing Asteroid.
When finally revived, Daitanix easily defeated Super Armor Shine Gingaioh, despite the aid of Steel Starbeast GigaRhinos and Steel Starbeast GigaPhoenix. However, its long period of inactivity had caused its body around its back where the Balban castle stood to decay, and the strain of battle further accelerated the damage, forcing the Balban to abandon it before claiming a final victory over the Gingamen. Learning of its weakness, the Gingamen and Black Knight targeted its back, and after Ryouma returned, Ginga Leon's flames injured its back further.
Daitanix was then brought down by Combined Beast-Warrior BullTaurus' Great Bison Fierce and GigaPhoenix and GigaRhinos's combined energy cyclone attack, and finally killed by Super Armor Shine Gingaioh using a new technique, the Galaxy Beast King Unrelenting Cut. However, a piece of Daitanix' flesh survived its destruction, falling into the Earth itself where it slowly evolved into a new monstrous form, the Earth Demon Beast.

- Demon Beast Daitanix is the second red-colored Daitanix that belongs to Captain Gregory. Steel Starbeast GigaPhoenix and Steel Starbeast GigaRhinos use all their power to destroy it, which cause themselves to be destroyed in the process. Later, it healed and/or revived itself, becoming Ghelmadix, when it revealed itself to be alive.

- Earth Demon Beast was the result of a piece of Daitanix's flesh ending up within the Earth itself upon being destroyed, feeding on the life of the planet. The Barban then decides to make him the new host of their castle. However, having just been born, the Earth Demon Beast was still in an immature state, so Battobas attempts to give him the Extreme Growth Extract eventually succeeding with the monster now fully grown but at the cost of his life.

- Demon Beast Fortress Ghelmadix is a blue-colored, newly named version of Daitanix II. When Daitanix II was thought to have been destroyed, it revealed itself later, leading to the theory that Daitanix II had been revived and/or healed by the Earth's energy, much like the original Daitanix and Earth Beast. He is killed by Combined Beast-Warrior BullTaurus & Super Armor Shine Gingaioh.
