Seito University Hospital is a prestigious medical facility and the workplace of some of the protagonists of Kamen Rider Ex-Aid. The Cyberbrain Room, or CR for short, is secretly located in the basement of the hospital. It operates under the authority of the Ministry of Health and is used for isolating and rescuing Bugster Virus victims. It was founded five years ago during Zero Day before the Bugster infection was made public in the present.
