In Uchu Sentai Kyuranger series, a constellation is formally defined as a region of the celestial sphere, constellations are usually based on asterisms, which are chance groupings of stars in the sky that resemble familiar patterns. Some constellations contain asterisms known as Kyutama or within them. The constellations are actually much larger than the asterisms they contain. There are a total of 88 constellations that cover the entire night sky.
Planet Jume / Planetium
- Planet Jume / Planetium
- Planetium is the vital energy source that helps form every new planet. It is a valuable resource to the Space Shogunate Jark Matter, whom drain it from the planets they conquer using giant Moraimarz machines, ultimately resulting in the destruction of the planet upon full depletion, reducing it to mere space dust. Planet Needle was saved just short of destruction by the Kyurangers, sent by commander Shou Ronbou, who destroyed the Moraimarz Robo with KyurenOh. Earth evidently has an abundance of Planetium as numerous Moraimarz have been installed on it as opposed to only one, though Don Armage indicates a greater secret.

- Zigama is a industrial planet that invaded by Space Shogunate Jark Matter, ruled by Gamettsui. It has mechanized rings. It appears to have a varied alien populace. The thieves Balance and Naga Rei are currently here. In a diner, they spot the Kyurangers on a wanted poster.
- Planet Needle
- Planet Needle is a planet that was conquered by Space Shogunate Jark Matter. It covers by lava and sand.
- Planet Crotus
- Crotus is a flat planet that was conquered by Space Shogunate Jark Matter. It appears highly militaristic despite having a regular civilian populace. Crotus was one of numerous planets to fall to Jark Matter. The first three Kyurangers, Hammy, Champ and Spada launch a defense against them on the surface. While the Kyurangers were unable to stop the invasion without all nine members assembled, they were able to rescue some of the civilians caught in the crossfire.
- Despite an otherwise successful invasion, Don Armage punished Eridron, the commander behind the attack, for allowing the interference. It is here where the Kyurangers first encounter Lucky, and take him back to the Orion to repair his space cruiser.
- Planet Jagjag
- Jagjag is a jungle planet with animal-like inhabitants. Jagjag has one moon, which appears to be composed of ice. Garu had been hiding on Jagjag prior to joining the Rebellion. When Jagjag was invaded by Jark Matter in an attempt to eliminate the Kyurangers, who were on the planet searching for a stolen Seiza Blaster. The invasion ended in failure, due in part to the addition of two new Kyurangers.

While seizing the 88 constellation systems, Shogun Don Armage personally addressed Scorpio; a Sasori warrior, Scorpio had grown to seek power to the point of selling out his own tribe to Jark Matter, leaving them to be slaughtered while turning his back on even his younger brother Stinger. Enticing Scorpio to serve Jark Matter in exchange for the power he sought, Don Armage transformed him into a scorpion monster; initially enlisting Scorpio as an assassin, the Shogun would be pleased enough by his service that he would eventually promote him to Karo of the subjugated Sasori System.
