Ultraman Tiga : The Final Odyssey

In The Final Odyssey Daigo was about to marry Rena but his vivid visions of Camearra and the other dark giants began to haunt him and threatened his marriage, forcing him to comply to their wishes by becoming Tiga Dark but choose to defy them and used Tiga's newfound power to destroy them and married Rena in the end. During the epilogue, the married couple were sent to Mars and Daigo bumped into the maintenance crew Asuka, the future host of Ultraman Dyna but somehow foresee his fate and wishes him a good luck.

Ultraman Dyna

Daigo brought Asuka, who had fallen succumb to his previous injuries and had his daughter nursed him to health on Mars. Daigo watched the Martian sky but smiled, knowing that Asuka was fine. It was soon revealed that he had two children from his marriage with Rena, the eldest daughter named Hikari Madoka and the younger son named Tsubasa Madoka (born three years after Ultraman Dyna).

- He is passionately naïve, wide-eyed, eager, earnest and good-hearted, his possession of the DNA of the ancient giants led him to become Ultraman Tiga. Though not necessarily physically strong or particularly bright, he accepts and embraces his destiny to be Ultraman Tiga and shows that Ultraman Tiga's strength comes from his very human courage, love and spirit. Prior to the series, Daigo was only an ordinary TPC officer, that belonged to the transport division. He was recruited into GUTS by General Sawai after saving him from an invader's UFO. He believes that humanity is not a weak existence that always repeats old mistakes, but can make a brighter future for future generations. He fights to protect humanity and the world as Ultraman Tiga based on that reason.

Rena Yanase

- Rena Yanase is a 22 years old member of the GUTS (Global Unlimited Task Squad) and Daigo's love interest. Her father, Omi Yanase, worked at the space center of TPC. As a child, her father promised her a gift while attending her ninth birthday. But it didn't turn out well as he had been sent on a mission to the TPC Space Center, only years later would she get to see her father again.

Hikari Madoka

- Hikari Madoka is the daughter of Daigo and Rena and the older sister of Tsubasa. After the battle with Queen Monera, the entire Super GUTS reunite to celebrate their victory and Iruma soon receives a visit later that day from a little girl who Iruma thinks that she strays but this girl said that she came to meet Iruma and then Rena paid a visit to Iruma, which revealed that this girl is the daughter of Daigo and Rena.

Tsubasa Madoka

- Tsubasa Madoka is the son of Daigo and Rena and the younger brother of Hikari. He is also a member of Neo Super GUTS. The second child of Daigo and Rena, Tsubasa grew up hearing about how his father was once Ultraman Tiga, defender of mankind. Desiring to follow in his footsteps, he joined Neo Super GUTS some time after the disappearance of Asuka.

Omi Yanase

- Omi Yanase is a character in Ultraman Tiga. He is Rena Yanase's father. He is also the head of Station Delta of TPC. Nine years ago, he promised with Rena that he will give Rena a lipstick in her ninth birthday. However, he and his wife divorced and he wasn't come back to give his daughter the birthday gift, which made Rena very sad and angry her father for 13 years. About Omi Yanase, he still misses his daughter and hope one day could return to the Earth to meet and keep his promise with his daughter Rena.
