It was through the monolith that Makoto Fukami was sent to the Gamma world as a child alongside his younger sister Kanon in 2005. While Makoto had apparently remained intact, Kanon was left reduced to the form of a Gamma Eyecon as Makoto became Kamen Rider Specter, fighting to claim the 15 Ghost Eyecons and restore her. Chikara Saionji, encountering Makoto as a young man 10 years later, spoke to him of the incident, implying that it was a result of Ryu Tenkuji's experiment in studying the Ganma. Fast Shooting! Legendary Gunman! Meeting him again.

Saionji later elaborated, claiming that Ryu Tenkuji, as the Ghost Hunter project leader, wanted to perform an experiment to see if a human could enter the Gamma world. Saionji went on to claim that while he and the other members of the team opposed his idea of human experimentation, Tenkuji had activated the monolith without their knowledge. Activate! Another Monolith! However, it turns out to be Saionji himself, who secretly used an experiment on the Fukami siblings, opening the monolith and activated the Gamma Hole which sucked the two siblings, just before Tenkuji and Kenjiro Igarashi arrived too late to stop Saionji from escaping.

- The Monolith is located in the basement of the Daitenku Temple, serving as a gateway to the Gamma World, with another being located in Edith's laboratory.
- If someone gathers the 15 heroic Ghost Eyecons together before the Monolith, it would call out the Great Eye to grant the wish of a Ghost Driver user.

Gamma Hole

- Gamma Hole is a supernatural dimensional phenomenon where a tear in space opens causing the evil Gamma spirits to enter the mortal world. A similar dark portal was encountered by Shinnosuke Tomari in a dream during his near-death experience. Warned by Kamen Rider Ghost to avoid the portal, Shinnosuke was subsequently attacked by three spirits of deceased Roidmudes (Freeze, Sword, and Thief) that had emerged through it. He was saved by Ghost, who directed him to a bright light which allowed Shinnosuke to return to the real world before destroying the Roidmude spirits.
Great Eye

- The Great Eye is a supernatural dimensional phenomenon which appears when someone gathers the 15 heroic Ghost Eyecons together before the monolith. It is able to grant a wish of a Ghost Driver user, including bring a dead person back to life. It was unlocked by Chikara Saionji when he gathered the 15 Eyecons, only for him to be killed due to not having a Ghost Driver.

Gamma Eyecons

- Eyecons originated from a system created by Edith, manifested through the power of the Great Eye. Through the separation of consciousness into Eyecons and the permanent preservation of the body in life-support capsules, a form of immortality could be achieved, which was utilized by the Gamma. These Eyecons were the original Gamma Eyecons.
