Space Police

Space Police is an alliance of several interstellar law enforcement organizations protecting the universe. Consisting of the Galactic Union Patrol which the Space Sheriffs herald from, Special Police Dekaranger and Signalman Police. The Space Police is led by the Space Police Director-General whose office bears a badge of the Galactic Union Patrol and a belt buckle similarly worn by SPD commanders.

Signifying an allied command structure between member organizations. Episode 27 of Space Sheriff Sharivan Lily mentions the Space Police headquarters on Planet Bird sending a report of an escapee from the Dark Jail prison asteroid of Madou. Gekisou Sentai Carranger episode 12 introduces Signalman Coburn as a Space Police from Planet Police. Special Police Dekaranger is often referred to as Space Police by Alienizer. In the crossover series of Gokaiger all Space Police related heroes are under one large organization.

Besides Super Sentai, there exists several agencies of law enforcement who are united in protecting the peace of the entire universe, alongside with Earth, known as the Space Police. The three most notable in existence are the following:

Space Sheriffs:

Otherwise known as Galactic Union Police or Galactic Police and Galaxy Patrol. A police force whose headquarters is on Planet Bird, which includes the three Space Sheriffs, most notably:
1. Retsu Ichijouji also known as Space Sheriff Gavan
2. Den Iga also known as Space Sheriffs Sharivan
3. Dai Sawamura also known as Space Sheriff Shaider
They handle many of the special and most difficult missions in the Milky Way galaxy and throughout the universe. Inazuma Ginga in Taiyou Sentai Sun Vulcan is wanted by the Galactic Police for piracy. Space Police headquarters on Planet Bird was mentioned in episode 27 of Space Sheriff Sharivan. In Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger the Space Sheriffs are part of the Space Police working alongside Special Police Dekaranger and Signalman Police.

planet Police:

Police is a planet known for a race of alien police officers. It is the home of Signalman, as well as his wife Sigue and son Sigtarou. In Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger, Police is one segment of the universal Space Police united to protecting the law. This includes the Space Sheriffs (such as Space Sheriff Gavan) and the Special Police Dekaranger (who notably has a branch on Earth run by Doggie Kluger). Through this alliance and friendship, Kruger takes in and protect Signalman's body after the Legend War until the Gokaigers returned the Ranger Keys to their original owners restoring him to life.

A planet where resides a race of "officers" known as Signalman Police who handle various duties more small-scale and local, most notably traffic safety. Signalman Police Coburn, an ally of the Gekisou Sentai Carranger, is of this planet.

Special Police Dekaranger

A intergalactic law enforcement agency stationed on planets throughout the universe, they generally deal with the various extra-planetary threats that emerge within their stationed area and are active in dealing with troubles on their world and beyond. The planet Earth possesses one of the most active stations, headed by Doggie Kluger of planet Anubis.
