The Victorian (Underground People) race is a group of underground humans that first appeared in Ultraman Ginga S.
History
Ultraman Ginga S
The Victorians were underground races that lived underneath the Earth in the Victorian civilization peacefully without the interference of humans above the surfaces. Sometime later, the Victorians were bestowed the Victory Lancer by Ultraman Victory. Later, some the Victorians races struggled over the possession of the Victorium stone that located underneath the Victorian civilization, triggering a civil war that made a kaiju named Shepardon rampaged. Ultraman Victory managed to stop him in the nick of time and calming him. Nevertheless, the Victorians group that tried to manifest the Victoriums' powers had been banished to another dimension.
However sometime later, Alien Chibu Exceller sent his troops, Chiburoid and Android One Zero to steal the Victorium Stones, as a result Queen Kisara choose Shou to bring back the stones by giving him the Victory Lancer. The underground civilization received aid from UPG and Ultraman Ginga, a future Ultra, and managed to strengthen their bond with humans. Hiyori, a renegade Victorian from the past had re-accepted into the civilization after her past mistakes had been forgiven.
Near the end, Kamiyama from the Self Defense Forces reveal his thirst for power by using UPG equipment and the Victorium's powers as a defensive method. His plan however backfired when Exceller combined his Victorium Cannon and a revived Dark Lugiel into Vict Lugiel. The Victorians headed to the surface to visit the humans in their refuge. After giving Hikaru and Shou their necklace to revive the fallen Ginga and Victory, they defended the humans from Dark Lugiel's armies. With the whole ordeal is done, they return to their civilization.
Society and cultures
The Victorian (Underground People) race is a group of underground humans that first appeared in Ultraman Ginga S. The Victorians lived in an underground civilization where there is no day or night. To compensate for the lack of sunlight, Victoriums were used as source of light, albeit similar in a manner of lightstones. The concept of money also seemed never existed in their culture as shown in episode 3, where Repi trade a chocolate wafer with an apple at a shop.

Kisara
- Kisara
- Kisara, commonly known as Queen Kisara is one of the minor characters in Ultraman Ginga S. She is the queen and a priestess of the Victorian civilization and mother of Shou and step mother of Repi and Sakuya.
- Shou : Ultraman Victory
- Shou and other Victorians are the descendants of the people who sealed the Victorium Stone using the Victory Lancer. However sometime later, Alien Chibu Exceller sent his troops, Chiburoid and Android One Zero to steal the Victorium Stone. As a result Queen Kisara choose Shou to bring back the Stone by giving him the Victory Lancer, which he used to become Ultraman Victory.
- Sakuya
- Sakuya is one of the characters and Victorian in the series, Ultraman Ginga S. She is tasked with watching over the Victorian temple, she has known Shou since childhood and considers him a brother. Sakuya and Repi always played together while watching over the Victorian temple, but instead, they used it to trick Victorian guards to see the outside world.
- Repi
- Repi is one of the character and Victorian in the series, Ultraman Ginga S. Repi is Sakuya's younger brother that always wanted to see the outside world. He has a strong interest in the surface world due to being born underground without day or night.
- Kamushin
- Kamushin is one of the character and Victorian people in the series, Ultraman Ginga S. He's Queen Kisara's personal aide. Kamushin appeared to be always beside Queen Kisara, helping her or maybe discussing about Ultraman Ginga and the stolen Victorian crystals.
- Hiyori
- Hiyori then returned, already transformed into Gomora and faced Ginga again. They brawled with Gomora getting the upper hand by beating Ginga into near submission. Ultraman Ginga then transformed into his Strium form but as Ginga attempted to defeat Gomora with his Storium Ray, Shepardon rose to the surface to protect her, taking the blow in the process.
Ultraman Victory
- Ultraman Victory
- Ultraman Victory is an ancient Ultra born from the power of the Victorium stone.
- Ultraman Victory is the guardian of an underground race of people called the Victorians and the guardian of the Victorium stone. He transforms using the Victory Lancer, and uses Spark Dolls.
- He has a time limit of three minutes, which, along with his stats, are the same as Ultraman Ginga.
Shepardon
- Shepardon
- Height : 48 m, 14 cm ~ 48 m
- Weight : 48,000 t, 150 g ~ 48,000
- Giant Hands : Shepherdon possess huge hands which may be useful in combat.
- Burrowing : Using said hands, Shepherdon can burrow underneath the ground at a moderate speed.
- Victorium Stone : On the back of Shepherdon is a Victorium stone that is 10x stronger than normal ones.
- Shepherdon Victorium Flash : Shepherdon can fire energy blasts from his mouth. When this is done, the crystal on his back glows. By charging his Victorium crystal, Shepherdon can release an even more stronger variant of Shepardon Victorium Flash that able to destroy monsters in one hit, or at least, sent a Choju skyrocketed.
- Energy Restoration : Using the Victorium Stone, Shepherdon can release a beam of soft light to will heal injuries and give Ultras energy.
- Dermal Armor : Shepherdon's body is incredibly resistant to beams, having withstood multiple beams attack consecutively, it has withstood Ultra Beams and having its energy drain to severe limits, while surviving it all. Its resistance to beams which rivals that of an Ultra but cannot resists multiple hits at once.
Abilities:
- Shepardon : The Victorians, at least the nobles, are able to command the Kaiju Shepardon. All Victorians are also connected to the sacred beast as it acts as the protector of their entire race.
- Psionic Abilities : All Victorians shown to have the potential to perform psychic powers, a result of their close proximity to Victorium. Through their pendants they are able to communicate telepathically and many have shown some martial skill.
- Shockwave (Name Unknown) : More a skill than an ability, several Victorians have shown the ability to induce blow to the opponent that sends them flying back via a pulse of force.
